Easter—A Promise of Renewal
Easter blessings, Tribe!
Reminiscing on Easters as a child, I remember how proud I was when my Grandmother paraded me around in my little sailor dress and red patent leather shoes (I loved those shoes!); how special and loved I felt because the Easter Bunny would find a way to hide the Easter eggs and treats in our house on a rainy Easter morning when I couldn’t go outside; and other precious memories that bring a smile to my face and heart.
Easter can hold deep meaning and means different things to different people. For me, it is a time to reflect on the wonders of God’s undying love for us, symbolized by Spring with the renewal of life in His perfect nature and His perfect Son.
My hope is as you celebrate Easter in your own special way, you celebrate You and the joy and beauty life holds. There has never been or ever will be another person like you with your own awesomeness—you are here for a reason—don’t rob the world of not knowing you were here!
